I would add that these are actually two weapons mounted in a common mount, and with the ability to shoot from each separately. The weapon is classified as a submachine gun, which is not entirely correct, the weapon was designed as a replacement for the machine gun and was intended for combat in a stable position, for transfers was made a special wooden frame which could be attached to the soldier's back and carry the weapon. With its range, the pistol ammunition was sufficient for fighting at the front where the trenches were often only tens of meters apart and the weapon was much cheaper than a regular machine gun. for those who do not know this interesting and unique weapon, I dared to attach a picture.
