08.11.2011 - Indie obdržela nové vrtulníky Mi-17

Indian armed forces have received the first of 80 new helicopters Mi-17V-5 ordered in 2008 for a total of 1,345 billion USD. These modern helicopters are equipped with a multifunctional display in the cockpit and upgraded engines TV3-117VM. India operates about 200 helicopters series Mi-8 and Mi-17 and ranks among the world's largest operator of this technology.
