For the second time in the last few hours attacked by unidentified armed men on a peaceful NATO troops in northern Kosovo, announced KFOR in a statement. Commander KFOR general Erhard Bühler on the normalization of the situation in Kosovo is negotiating with the representatives of the kosovo Albanians and Serbs.
