The american company Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, along with industry partners DRS Technologies and Daylight Defense, submitted a proposal with subsequent technological předváděcími tests infrared system countermeasures CIRCM (Common Infrared Countermeasure) under a program of the american ground troops - the U.S. Army.
