Pergenovým father was a c. to. a secret council and vice president of the lower austrian government Jan Ferdinand William hrabět von Perga, who was the son dolnorakouského the chief commissioner of John the Baptist count von Pergena and Renata countess Abensbergové. Pergenovou mother was Mary Elizabeth single lady Orlick von Lazizka.

For a wife you count Perga took Filipínu Gabriella, Jana, Sophia, daughter of mainz the conference minister Philip Charles free lord von Groschlag zu Dieburg, who later became president of the imperial chamber court in Wetzlar, and the Philippines free mrs von Bikken.

With his wife he had three daughters (Mary Theresa, Joseph, Mary, Anna, Francis Christina) and a son Joseph, who became a c. to. chamberlain, the secret council and vice president of the court chamber. Pergenův grandson Louis became a major general and knight of the Military order of Maria Theresa.

Pergenův brother Jan Josef became mantovským bishop.
