Military repair enterprise 081 Přelouč, p. p. was founded to 1.7.1989 by decision of the minister of national defense of the CZECHOSLOVAK socialist republic on the basis it issued the foundation charter of the ref. 1105-84 dated 23.6.1989. Date 1.7.1989 on the VOP 081 moved all the property, rights and liabilities of the merging of production the economic organization of Automotive repair plant Přelouč. Special (military) production program consisted of:
- production of machine-building character
- area trucks
- production of spare parts and car accessories
- developmental and service activities
- construction of machines with mechanical drive
- production of trailers for cars
- production of special products and equipment (tank technique, DISTAB)

Business in the nineties further engaged in the production of off-road trucks Praga V3S M6 and M6T (M8). At the turn of the millennium accounted for its manufacturing program:
- the modification of light trucks of the company Daewoo Avia the version with all-wheel drive (4x4)
- repair of trucks Avia, Praga, LIAZ and buses Karosa
- production of steel constructions

Due to the lack of manufacturing orders, in particular from the resort Ministry of defense and poor liquidity of the inventory and accounts receivable the company could not fulfill its due obligations and even when the continuation of the business activities it was not possible to assume that the expected benefit from the future production could ensure coverage of accounts payable. On 19.02.2004 was therefore on the company Military repair enterprise 081 Přelouč declared bankrupt 48K81/2003. On the basis of the decision of the Regional court in Hradec Králové - branch Pardubice, dated 7.1.2013 has been for lack of assets canceled bankruptcy on the assets of the company. According to the decision of the Regional court in Hradec Králové - branch Pardubice, dated 10.6.2015 with VOP 081 deemed to be cancelled on the date 25.1.2013. Into liquidation entered on the day of 5.7.2015.

The complex of the former VOP 081 in 2005 he became a part of the company EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r. o. , which here in the years 2005 to 2007 carried out extensive repairs. In 2008, the newly renovated administrative building moved the management of the company with the part of the administration and it was here running the new workshop and paint shop. By the end of 2016 should be to přeloučského plant moved the production and the mounting means for the launch of the renewed production of cars Avia D series.
