Vojnový cintorín v meste Sumgait bol obnovený v roku 1995. Na cintoríne je pochovaných 311 vojnových zajatcov. Areál cintorína ma rozlohu asi 2700 metrov štvorcových. Hrobové plochy sú zarovnané a hroby sú označené náhrobnými kameňmi. Centrálny monument má podobu 5,5 metrov vysokého kovového kríža.
