History of the aircraft:
Delivered 14. January 1963, the first user of the 1 PLM, the disaster 13. October 1965, which killed the captain. pil. Eugeniusz Bronislaw Machnicki.
Progress of the disaster:
During a night training flight about 20:19, reported the pilot, shortly after take-off, that the led lights up indicating that the hydraulics are not working properly, from the management flight received the order to ascending to 3000 m. After the opening of the chassis, the pilot reported, that reduces the speed of the flight and it will eject. So i did, but at a considerably small height of flight - only about 50 m. was not Enough to separate from the seat and fell on the ground, coź triggered his death. The disaster occurred in the place Palczyska, 7.5 km from the airport in Leczycích. The cause of the accident was the fault of the engine at the time of takeoff.
