Svitak, Otakar (General of the Technical Ordnance Service of Aviation In Memoriam)
It is the morning of August 26, 1942, and in one of the houses in Hukvaldy the fateful 100 strokes of the old pendulum are beating. For in the capital of the Reich, another of the many Czechoslovak heroes who bravely stood up to the Nazi regime has been beheaded. It was another of the many victims of the Nazi terror known as the Heydrichiad.
