In the source below, a photo of another likely tank stacker built on the platform of a German tank Pz.Kpfw. IV, or T-40/75 (Czechoslovak designation). This is a similar conversion to the well-known THV-01 and THV-1250-1. The caption on the photo states that it is a CSA mine (Důl Československé armády). The exact identification of which mine this is is unknown to me. The platform bears the registration number of the Czechoslovak Army (hard to decipher, probably 67.63?). The tank turret on the platform has been replaced by a purpose-built superstructure for moving tailings or other material. It is possible that the platform was modified, where the original engine was replaced by electric motors (as in THV-01 and THV-1250-1). I'm missing more information.
