7 mm GJW

Swiss pistol cartridge, originally developed for the study of the oscillation of the barrel during the shot. For its excellent ballistic properties are used to shooting at metal silhouettes. The first american charge permitted by the commission IHMSA. To the right is the hub of the 5.6 x 50 Magnum which was created by pulling the neck. A bullet of 9.7 g has a muzzle velocity of 725 m/sec. The charge on the image produced by the swiss munička in Thun. The letter "T" in dnovém marking used (used) about ten other manufacturers, but it is very unlikely that the charge was made in the Russian Tula, some other manufacturers finished already before the introduction of this hub.
